I'm So Thankful For You...

Let me say, I feel so blessed to have a dad that is my best friend, someone I look up to and respect so much. He was my dad when he didn't have to be and to do it so well I will forever be thankful...I only hope my boys will grow up and be like their Grandpa...And as the song says, he loved me first...I Love You to the moon and back dad, forever and always!!!

It's Fall...

I don't think fall gets any more beautiful than this. We went on our family walk tonight and it was just amazing. Let me remind you this is just outside of our house...

Gabe's 5th Birthday...

My baby boy is 5!! Where has the time gone? it seems like yesterday we were bringing him home from the hospital in our way too small BMW, not knowing a thing about being new parents. Yes, that BMW was sold shortly after and we upgraded to a small "family SUV" that lasted until Cooper came along... I now drive a bus or as the guys on Sam's boat call it "the bosses buggy" lol. I am so blessed that we have had a happy and healthy 5 years and pray for a lifetime of health and laughs for my family. Here are some pictures of Gabe being his funny little self with the bug glasses he got out of Nana's card and other gifts from Mom, Dad and Grandma....

Gabe's First Day Of PreK...

Yes, Gabe misses the cut off for Kindergarten by 12 days. Not that I think it's a bad thing, he will be more mature and perhaps bigger and better at sports. It was a tough one to swallow since all his "California" friends were starting this year. Knowing what I know now even if we were in California I would have kept him back (since every teacher I talk to say it's great for boys to stay back if they are anywhere near the cut off). I wanted to share some pictures with you all of Gabe's first day of PreK and guess who was here with us to see him off...Grandma!!! We had a little photo shoot in our living room before he left for the day and got some silly pictures of Gabe and Grandma...

Our Handsome Little Guys...

I don't think they come any cuter than this...
